Chimichurri, I want to put it on everything! This stuff is so good. Here I made a huge salad with Romain Lettuce, Fennel, Cucumbers and Avocado dressed with a big serving of Chimichurri, enjoy x Reegs
- Romain Lettuce
- Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
- Fresh Oregano
- Meyer Lemon
- Wash and dry the ingredients on a dish towel.
- To make the Chimichurri sauce add one cup of flat leaf parsley and one cup of fresh Oregano to your food processor along with the juice from one "regular" Lemon and one Meyer Lemon along with a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and blend well.
- Put together the salad in a large bowl and serve with tongs so everyone can serve their own and can put as much of the Chimichurri for dressing as they want.
