Have you ever been to a Korean Bath House? Most cultures take time to bathe and rest at least once a week as a part of their self care. Rest your body to give it time to heal and rejuvenate, which will boost your immune system.
Here is my routine when I go:
Get there at least 45 minutes early to floss, brush your teeth and shower.
Steam for as long as you can handle the heat then dunk yourself in the cold pool or shower then back to the steam. Do this back and forth until your number is called to get the treatment.
The Scrub: The first part is the scrub, during this time focus on breathing and relax as much as possible. You will be amazed at the amount of skin that will come off of you! Then the masseuse will ask you to go wash off and she will give you a little face wash, then go to the shower wash off the scrub and wash your face.
Hot Oil Massage: Once the masseuse asks for you back you'll receive the Hot Oil Massage along with a Cucumber Facial and finish with them washing your hair and Milk Bath (which is squirted on you).
Once they are finished with you, you can rinse off brush out your hair bring your own leave in spray conditioner and any face lotion or oil you like for after. Then go rest drink tea, water, rest in the Red Clay Room and enjoy your new skin!
